Will there be more products?
Absolutely. We have a whole bunch of products in the acquisition pipeline. We even have some that are in development as we speak. You will know when we launch a new product- we will get the message out on social media~ so stay tuned.
What shipping methods are available?
We’ll ship everything via UPS and USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yup. We’ll ship anywhere! We’ve updated the site to allow shipping (almost) anywhere on the globe! Just input your address and it will spit out a shipping quote. Reach out to email@example.com if you have any questions on that.
How long will it take to get my gear?
We’re receiving inventory every day. Typically we would say, anticipate 1 week, but it will depend on the season and demand. We will try to keep you updated on our website and through Facebook posts if we run into any delays.
If you need your order by a certain date, i.e. you’re taking a trip, special gift for someone, you can reach out to us and we’ll do the best we can to work with your situation. However, this is handled on a case by case basis. As a general rule, we’re shipping in order of purchase. Hunters that purchased sooner will receive their gear first.
What size should I buy?
The Phantom and ESS saddles are a one size fits most option. If you are a 40″ waist or under, they’ll fit you. For the Mantis and Menace saddles, check out the size chart.
26″-34″ = MEDIUM
34″-38″ = LARGE
38″-44″ = EXTRA LARGE
If you are between sizes or bulk up in colder months, we suggest choosing the next larger size.
For measuring, use your hip to hip around your butt for the best fit.
How are you making your saddles?
We’ve partnered with several US manufacturers and overseas factories to build our products. The Phantom saddle, and both Predator platforms are designed, engineered, manufactured, tested, and inspected on American soil. Other products and accessories are designed, engineered, and tested in America. The manufacturing is done with our overseas partners. We only work with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure first class construction methods and quality control.
How did you make the Predator Platform?
The Predator Platform is a custom silica sand cast of high tensile A356-T6 aluminum hand poured at a foundry located in Minnesota. We engineered it from the ground up to work hand-in-hand with the Mantis Saddle, however it will also work with any saddle your currently own. The Predator Platform is lightweight, yet incredibly strong. Every Predator Platform is engineered, manufactured, and assembled right here in the U.S.A.
Is it strong?
You bet! Since we are paving new ground and there really isn’t a specific set of standards for saddle hunting equipment, we based our design features on the recognized standards used by the safety harness, rock climbing, and alpine mountaineering community. We figured if it’s good enough for Mount Everest, it’s good enough for us. We carefully chose materials that are lightweight, abrasion and UV resistant, and more importantly rated for thousands of pounds. We’ve rated the our saddles at 300 lbs. However, the main structure is built to handle 6000 lbs and the 1/4″ Amsteel bridge is rated at 7700 lbs. Furthermore, our aluminum forged, double locking design, load bearing belt buckle keeps you locked in. Our saddles have been thoroughly tested in independent third party testing labs. DO NOT purchase a hunting saddle from Tethrd, or any other vendor, that hasn’t been put through rigorous independent safety testing. Your life is not worth the risk.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, (you pay shipping) for any product returned in unused, sale-able condition with original packaging. Our warranty applies if something goes wrong with the construction or manufacturing; we’ll cover defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
