How soon will my items ship?

Orders are processed in the order they are received, but we usually ship in-stock items within a 3-5 business day window. Backordered items vary, refer to specific product page for lead time. From there it will vary based on where you are located.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. If you’ve made an account, you can log in to view or track your order.

The Tethrd Team is available to answer any questions about your order status and shipping dates.  You can email or call 612.605.7782 (9am – 3pm CST M-F) and they will assist you.

What shipping methods are available?

We’ll ship everything via UPS and USPS. When checking out, you’ll have options for shipping.

Most orders take between 2-7 days to arrive at their destination. If you need your order by a certain date, i.e. you’re taking a trip, special gift for someone, we do have options at checkout for expedited shipping; you can also reach out to us and we’ll do the best we can to work with your situation. However, this is handled on a case by case basis. As a general rule, we’re shipping in order of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yup. We’ll ship just about anywhere! We’ve updated the site to allow shipping (almost) anywhere on the globe! Just input your address and it will spit out a shipping quote. Reach out to if you have any questions on that.

International shipping comes with import fees and brokerage fees. This cost is not included in the shipping charge you see on the website. Please contact your customs agency to determine possible fees and taxes associated with your order.


How long do I have to return my items?

Tethrd has a 30 day return policy to start a claim. After the 30 day window, it is at the company’s discretion.

Once you’ve made your claim, you’ll have 14 days to ship us back the product.

When will I receive my new exchange items?

In an exchange, new items are shipped after we receive, inspect, and accept the old, returning product.

Who pays for return shipping?

We’ll cover shipping costs to return warranty and defect issues, but you pay shipping to return items you’ve changed your mind on.

How will I be refunded?

Any refunds given will be on the original payment method for that original order. If you used PayPal, it will go to your PayPal; if you paid with a credit card, it will be refunded back to that card; etc.

Please keep in mind most banks take 3-7 business days to process the return into your account. Once we have processed the refund, it is out of our control when you will see those funds back in your account.


What does my warranty cover?

Warranty covers something wrong with the construction or manufacturing of the product.

Warranty does not cover standard wear-and-tear or misuse.

How long is my warranty?

We warranty our products for 1 year after date of purchase. Anything after that will be on a case by case basis and can not be guaranteed.

Give us a call and we will go through it with you. OR Email us with the subject line WARRANTY RETURN. Please email us with the full name on the order, the order number, a photo of the defect, and brief description. You should receive a response within 48 hours.
