ATTENTION ALL PURCHASERS AND USERS OF THE FOLLOWING  2022 MODEL YEAR TETHRD ONE STICK GEN 2 CLIMBING STICK.

Tethrd is in the process of initiating a voluntary recall of the 2022 model year One Stick GEN 2 climbing stick. There is a potential that a step could crack causing it to break with pressure, posing fall and injury hazards to users.

What to do next?

• Stop using the climbing stick(s) immediately. We are asking all consumers to return all affected
  sticks. This recall only affects purchases that occurred in 2022 of the Tethrd One Stick GEN 2.
• Note: To determine if the climbing stick you have is affected by this recall, identify the serial
  number on the back side of the rope containment system for a serial number within the range below.
  The rope locking system is the black rectangle with a silver Tethrd logo (shown below).

Tethrd will provide information on how to return the original affected sticks and obtain replacement sticks at no cost to the consumer.

What if I bought them from another person?   If you bought ONE sticks from someone other than Tethrd, reach out to Testing@tethrdnation.com to receive your printable label or send via UPS to 2409 Pulaski Highway Columbia TN 38401 and provide a receipt of the shipping cost along with your name and contact information and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
