Couple updates:
* if you have UPS My Choice you may receive a notice from UPS when we create your label as we prepare your order for shipment. This means we are expecting to package your order shortly- but it does not mean its been shipped/picked up by UPS yet. When it has been picked up, you will get an email from Tethrd with the confirmation that UPS has scanned the label and its in-transit.
* We made a change to our website under the My Account section. We have disabled this function as it is not integrated with our shipping software. This caused confusion as the account page did not update accurately based on the order status.
* Lead-times: We are inside our 6 week lead time for saddle orders and for many other products its much less than that. Platforms are about 3 weeks lead time and most accessories are in stock and shipped in about 7 days. We started our updates when we were really far out for fulfillment but because we are within our stated lead times we will be updating much less often.
We are still gaining ground every week and are ultra focused on fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. If your order date is within the stated lead times….patience please.
We love hearing from our customers and are doing our best to answer messages timely. However to be laser focused on shipping means we may need to be less attentive to inquiries about order updates so we can get your stuff packaged faster. We hope you understand.
